My first PC build doesn't work, please help

I have a question. I built my first PC last night and the motherboard rgb (which is the only rgb in the whole computer) turns on when I plug it in and flip the switch to on. However, there is no other indication that it has power, no fans spinning, no indicator light on motherboard, no display output. I also noticed that if I plug a keyboard in, it doesn't have power either. Windows has not been installed yet. What did I do wrong?

 

Specs:

Motherboard: Asrock B460 Steel legend

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400f

Graphics card: Zotac Gaming Geforce GTX 1660 6GB

 

Please tell me if you need more information, All parts are brand new from amazon or newegg.

If you have any other computers put the power supply in the other PC and see if that works. Also is the power supply spinning?

I don't have another PC to test it on. the fan is not spinning, but it could just be in a low power mode.
