i have a hp MS-7613 motherboard

and 450 watt power suplay 

and intel xeon L3246 i am looking to upgrade to a i5-760 

and radeon rx 550 5gb 

8 gigs of ram how much wattage does my setup use rn

Under 300W.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
