Backstory

I got system without gpu and with 400w psu, so i upgraded to 1060 gpu , and i would get crashes under high gpu load not temp related.

Crashes became more frequent and when it would try to start again psu was trying couple times before it would go , so i bought 650w psu. Then because of all crashes system corupted and didnt want to boot.

Problem

I made bootable usb like i usually do with otg cable with my phone and when i select to boot from it it says uefi: name of usb stick but when i press enter it just flashes screen and shows me same menu.

I tried changing usb and bootable files on usb but always same

What i tried

Different usb

Disconnecting everything to bare minimum

Bios options like uefi modes csm suports and that windoes8/10 whql thing

Different install iso on usb

Usb 3 and 2.0 port
