Ssd unusable after malware bytes scan

Go to solution Solved by X_xStriderx_X,

Windows search service was using the drive after disabling the pc boots fast and there's no excessive disk usage

I was working on a PC that has a Aircraft sim on it (only about 490gb of files on a 1tb ssd) and ran a malwarebytes scan to check everything is good on the ssd, 44hours and 2.9million files later i canceled the scan and the PC was super slow just right clicking takes upwards 30-40 seconds but i thought it's probably because the drive was hot but there a lot of cool airflow in my case above the ssd is there anyway I can test and see why it's doing this or what the problem is.

Thanks
