Steam wont let me message anyone its saying that i need to buy something 1st befor i can do so what can i do???

Ps: I would love to try dota 2 so if you guys have any spare codes it would be great to have one!!!

You cant add/message, but people can add you/message. Once you add a game to steam you unlock those features. I will PM you about dota 2.
