Budget (including currency): 1500

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Destiny 2, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Valorant, GAMING (Looking for 120ish fps)

Other details : CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

I'm trying to decide what GPU would work best with my system, but being new to the world of PCs... Yea. Not good. I've looked at bottleneck calculators, and they say the best way to not bottleneck my system is an RTX 2080ti. So do I buy one off of ebay for $500? Or do I try to get an RTX 3060, which isn't as easy to get, but has a better price-performance ratio? Do I just wait for GPU prices to drop? I have no clue. Are neither of these the right option? Any help is appreciated.
