FPS Limiting HELP!

On my Radeon RX 5600 XT, I need to find a way to limit the output of my card to 75 FPS to match my monitors refresh rate. Some games either run at 60 or 120 FPS but in a "certain" game you either get 60 or unlimited. However when in the unlimited framerate Mode, the Radeon software says i'm getting 300 FPS when the FPS of the game in like 8 FPS. If I can limit the FPS of my card to 75 it would be awesome. Thank you all so much!
