Will a Noctua nh-d15 be enough to cool a ryzen 9 5950x or will I need water cooling?

If theres no crazy oc then yes it might hit 75 but not more under load which is still good and I suggest put a good thermal paste like the grizzly krynoaut its like 10$

Overclock, depends on how far you want to push it.
