Intel HD change Shared System Memory to "normal"

Hello,

i recently changed a setting, that my Intel iGPU has more shared system memory.

Since then my games run slower than usual.

 

I searched probably over 2 hours on the internet for this, but I cant it anywhere.

The only thing I know is, that it was a setting like setting the pagefile, hard to explain.

It wasn't a setting in my BIOS (It only goes up to 1GB) or via Regedit e.g.: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\GMM

Thank you for that link. I know I cant increase the dedicated VRAM but I know that I had less Shared System Memory before and I changed some settings to have the 8 GB avaliable. It was a "Windows setting" not from an external program etc.
