NAS Build help

I have a i9 10850k and was looking at building a NAS with it to run a 4 person modded minecarft sever and run it as a file/media server what parts would you recommend

A 10850k seems way overkill for what you are doing, I would recommend just using that for your main pc.

A file/Minecraft server should not require more than 4-6 cores, like an i3 10100 or i5 10400.

hm, so you just have an extra 10850k lying around? I guess you could use that, it would be a bit overkill but since you already have it it’s doesn’t really matter.

what motherboard and case would you recommend
