Budget (including currency): About $1000 USD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Star citizen, hopefully it will be able to also run some less demanding games as well.

Other details: Looking recommendations for good parts. Peripherals can be added later if needed, willing to use used parts.
