Well In the 5 months I have been watching only once has it started later than this... (I will have to watch the VOD now as it is 0255 local)

I don't watch it live very often, but they've always had a thing for being late. I guess it hasn't been too bad in the past several months, but if you went back a couple years ago you'd never know if it would be on time or not.
