Touch Screen

hi ,im strugling for some time to see my chinese touchscreen monitor name and serial number or any kind of id to identify it so i can download the proper software for it , as i have tried to make it work at work for a pc with OS Windows XP Embedded 2002 Service Pack 2, The machine is called THORWESTEN and its a part of b&r automation systems , anyway this machine has the original monitor installed with a software called ELOTOUCH and my new chinese touch gets only display working but the touch doesnt , the connection can be made with dvi-d , my chinese monitor has usb connection aswell and when i connect it to my laptop with hdmi to dvi-d cable and usb cable i get image display and touch works fine but on my THORWESTEN the touch doesnt work. \i managed to find a simple script for powershell to try and identify the second monitor and i get manufacturers id ROW , i searched online and i cant find the manufacturer id for ROW , i attached the script i used with power shell admin as i followed this short tutorial on youtube: 

if any of you have some knoledge on how should i get any info on this monitor through softwares or simple windows commands please help me out .

 

AS an alternative i could open it up and see w manufacutrer id on the motherboard of this screen ?
