For the most part they are just labels. It's likely that the pump headers can handle more current, so if you have a pump, you should plug it in to a pump header. Otherwise, they are all pretty much the same and can usually be controlled in the UEFI.
If it were me, I'd plug your pump into the AIO pump header, your rad fans into the CPU and/or CPU opt headers with/without a splitter, and the rest into the cha fan headers with splitters. If you don't have splitters, then you can use the m2 and the other pump header to control your fans no problem.
