Graphics Card performing below expectations

Hi, I have a gaming laptop (Msi gf65 thin) with a 1660ti mobile 6gb, i7-10750h, and 8gb of ram. There are laptops with the exact same specs but on games like valorant they average a higher FPS than me. On valorant max settings I average 110 FPS but others avg about 150-170 FPS max settings. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

thermal constraints can greatly affect the performance of mobile parts. in a thin laptop like that, thermals are often a concern.

@BiotechBenYeah that makes sense but those other laptops are the same model so I don’t see what would make one perform better.
