I got the 5600x from an auction on ebay, the only part i haven’t got is the 3070. I hope i can get it at msrp. These are the prices i got the parts for.

The link you included takes me to an empty list.

 

From what you said about the GPU/CPU and your use case, I think it's worth mentioning that those two parts are like insanely overkill for Minecraft and Valorant. If you realize that and wanna build a powerful machine because you can or because you want to, by all means do it. But it's probably worth mentioning that you should seriously consider lowering your budget if you are legitimately not going to be playing AAA titles that will actually utilize all that horsepower.
