Hi guys, I built my computer about six months ago and since some time ago (when I started working in blender) I encountered a problem, the computer started to shut down at totally random moments. This usually happens when the computer is under load, and trying to do something else on it, like rendering a scene in blender and watching a video on yt or texting on facebook. Temperatures are totally fine, I have a 240mm AIO, and the highest achievable is around 80 degrees celcius (176°F)  in the AIDA 64 test. I also updated all of my drivers like a chipset or gpu ones and I have no idea what could be causing this problem. I also want to add that the computer does not restart, does not give blue screens. it just shuts down as if I unplugged it.

My setup: Ryzen 5 3600 (stock)

RAM: ADATA Gamminx D10 3200 MHZ 2x8GB (just XMP)

MOBA: Gigabyte Aorus B550M- Pro

GPU: Gigabyte RX 5600 XT Windforce OC (with f3 bios boosting memoty clock to 14ghz)

PSU: SPC Supremo FM2 750W (polish brand buts its ok, 80gold plus)

I had a similar problem with my rx 5700xt if you had your card for over two year I recommend replacing the thermal paste on the video card I did it and problem was fixed  asked for help here and nobody seemed to know I figured it out after two weeks

unfortunately the card is about six months old and I don't want to lose the warranty

if I had to guess, and you've already tested your other parts, I would suspect the power supply's OCP (over current protection) is faulty. I've had to RMA brand new power supplies the same day I install them for the same reason.

your system could be running for anywhere between a few mins to a few hours before it happens, and it does happen completely randomly - even if the system isn't under a load.

good luck!
