Hello. I have a Clevo P650RS from 2016. It was working perfectly in November, but I stopped using it for a bit. When I tried to use it again, it would boot to Windows and then black screen. I was able to get into Windows again by changing graphics mode to MSHybrid from discrete only. If I try to do anything with the dGPU like run a game, FurMark, or even sometimes update the driver, I get a BSOD. I've tried reinstalling OS a couple times, and the problem remains. I am currently on an old driver, but I've been able to try with the most recent couple of drivers as well.

The bluescreen error is TDR_VIDEO_FAILURE, and WhoCrashed always blames the Nvidia kernel mode driver, nvlddmkm.sys.

Specs:
System - Clevo P650RS

CPU - i7-6700HQ

RAM - 16GB DDR4 2400MHz

GPU - GTX 1070

storage - two SATA SSDs

This laptop is fairly old. I've been using it as a network dev box since November, and it still works that way. I just want to be able to play games on it, but I have a desktop so it's not the most important. I mostly just want to know if this thing can be repaired enough to run games again.
