Resolution changes and Icon changes overnight

I don't know why but when I got on this morning, there were lots of resolution and sizes changes on my computer. For example, my taskbar icon got smaller and I can't seem to change it back. Not only that, my application spacing between each app got bigger so each app is far away from each other then usual. Please help me. Also, I don't know If this links with the original problem, but my screen started flickering when I open a game.

 

I don't know If you can tell the difference between the sizes, but here they are.
