Black Screen After Blue

Hey everyone I'm having problems about installing a stable windows 10. Let me explain. I just finished upgrading my setup, changed MB RAM CPU. As storage I use my other systems 240gb SSD, I downloaded an iso from media creation tool and made an USB with RUFUS settings are fine on rufus, first time I installed the windows or couldn't install the S20H 3 update, I formatted the pc again this time it downloaded but when I restarted the PC for updates it said couldn't install clearing the things smthng like that. After this I redownloaded and install pro version this time. It installed the updates and looked okay. Used it for 2 hours downloaded drivers etc.. Suddenly screen froze I got blue screen error code*CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED* and automatically rebooted the pc but this time a black screen showed up. When I force it to shut down and start the pc I can do a few things at desktop until same things happen again. Do you guys any idea about the problem? SSD? iso?
