Stop Screen Tearing?

Hello,How do i stop screen tearing on my NVIDIA gt 1030?
I tried enabling V-Sync in the options but i has no effect when i do a screen tearing test

Your gt 1030 might not even be hitting the frames required. How many hertz is your monitor and how many frames do you get with the gt 1030.

V-sync is no magic cure if you can't even hit the refresh rate of your monitor.

I get it sometimes in games and when watching videos 

usually when sometime fast is moving

My monitor is 60Hz And frame rate depends on what i'm doing...

like watching video or playing games..

Well, if you aren't hitting it one hundred percent of the time in games, you can get some weird lag and what not. I'd recommend just dealing with it or try to pick up a slight upgrade for a couple hundred bucks such as a gtx 1050 ti or likewise. Good Luck. : )

The games i have usually run a 100%

Even minecraft runs more then average about +100 fps
