CPU+MOBO combo

Hello, I have an ASUS STRIKER II extreme motherboard (the biggest mistake ever...) and a q6700 running on it since 2008-2009.... since then I didnt manage to upgrade my rig...  

The mobo is semi dead  (LAN is not working, audio is dead some SATA ports are malfunctioning )  I recently saved some money and got me a GTX 660 ti 

and ofcourse its bottlenecking as hell..

And Also I got a nice deal from a friend and got myself some 16 GB 1866 CL9 (2x8) ram...

And since my mobo does not support it (except if I flash it the evga bios version of my chipset but thats a MAYBE) and since my card is already bottlenecking  I am in search of a CPU+MOBO combo AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE...


And because of that I am not picky...(despite that I have a very good taste in hardware ) anything above i7 9xx is welcomed ! 

So if you want to get rid of your old cpu and mobo  AND if you are residing within europe I buy it! (but I cant give much....) If you are outside of europe its just too expensive for me paying import taxes shipping and your price .. if you are giving your mobo and/or cpu free I am happy to pay the shipping

I also can trade hardware + cash depending on the deal but I have old hardware like XFX 9800 GX2 black edition  (which is somehow collection grade since it was the higest factory OCed Gx2 and in a limited quantity http://www.overclock3d.net/gfx/articles/2008/04/14140040907l.jpg)  the CPU Intel core 2 quad q6700 , OCZ ReaperX Dual Channel 4096MB PC10666 DDR3 http://images.highspeedbackbone.net/skuimages/large/OCZ-ReaperX-Dual.jpg which was my second mistake  because despite of them being the fastest DDR3 ram around then and CL6 with factory warranty even at 1.9 volts (perfect for overclocking)  their passive cooling has a big footprint and doesnt allow more than 2 modules on a 4 module mobo.... atleast not 4 reaper X's.. maybe some "naked" ram dims could slip in between ... but I didnt thought of that while buying them though at that time and 4GB were plenty at those times...  plus the modules were fast... 

I have also wifi PCI cards sound cards etc... and as I said I can add cash to the deal as well...


Its a long shot I know but this old junk is driving me crazy and I am dried out of money years now... so if there is someone that could make a deal with me (or if you know someone that could link him to this topic please)  I would be more than happy obviously

bump (PS when I said "I cant give much"  I didnt mean like 30$ or so! I meant that I am looking for a good deal/bargain from a buyer prospective  thats all )
