geamstream vs moonlight

I'm using a shield pro.

can someone breakdown the differences between gamestream and moonlight? and why one is better over the other?

yes I know about Google, but everything seems to want to compare more than these two and seems vague.

Moonlight is just a client built on a attempt to reverse engineer the GameStream Protocol. Moonlights main purpose is to provide a client for non Nvidia Shield Devices.

They both use NVIDIA GameStream so the experience should be the same.

thanks. that's what I have gathered.i guess i just dont understand why so many recommend moonlight over gamestream for PC to sheild...?
