So I just got a new pc from CyberPower (I know that’s not good but I never worked with computers or had someone to help me that has) and ever since the first time it was turned on, it has run terribly. I have a Ryzen 7 3700, Gigabyte 3060 ti, and an ASRock x570 phantom gaming 4 motherboard. If the pc enters sleep or restarts, it’s a guessing game whether or not the display will show up. If it does display the ASRock logo comes on everytime it wakes up or turns on (not sure if important but I’ve never seen a pc where the motherboard logo shows up all the time). When gaming I can’t play games with a heavier gpu load like Apex or Warzone. The screen will pop up with red pixels and then either the game or pc crashes. Not sure if this is a related issue but Valorant and sometimes Warzone want me to restart  the pc almost every time I load the game. Other application files don’t load properly sometimes such as wallpaper engine. I updated my nvidia driver to the most recent, but wasn’t sure if there were any other updates I should do. Sorry this is kind of all over the place, I just wanted to include as much as I could remember. Attached are some pictures of the green lines that appear after my computer crashes.

First things first considering its a pre-built and this has been happening since youve gotten it if im correct, then i would start by reseating everything including graphics card, ram, storage. the most common thing when ordering a prebuilt is that stuff comes loose and it may say its connected but its intermittent.

Honest I'd ring them up and complain loudly about work, time and money lost and see what they can do for you. Like you paid them to deal with this stuff for you before handing you the system ,they failed and you should hold responsible.

But assuming you watch this shit working today,

few questions

did you add anyting to the build (drives, ram ect) or is it all prebuilt.
Did you install windows or did it ship with it
Can you verify your Bios and windows version are up todate

Meanwhile

I'd Start with what Rowdy said pull out and reseat all your compenants (Gpu,ram,psu,drives...ect) if your confident you can remove your cpu cooler and cpu and reseat that too. If dont wanna mess around with your cpu, that fair but at the very least make sure the cooler is latched/screwed down correctly with decent preasure and no wiggle. As you do this look for any sign of damage or loose cable/compenant ect. as you go.

After thats done run the system see if that solves anything.

If not
Verify windows and your bios are up todate, Reinstall windows clean see if that helps
Try running with a single Ram installed (try twice in different slots)
If you have spare compenants like gpu ram psu you could try replacing them and see if the behavour continues
