Need help on GPU fans

Hi! I recently replaced my Zotac Gpu fan now my problem is even in idle my fan rpm is at 3600 RPM, I tried to change fan speed using MSI afterburner but its not working.

On what gpu did you replace the fan? And was it an original Zotac part or a "replacement" branded part? Are the connectors the same? Are the motor specs the same?

gtx 960, no it was not an original zotac idk about the motor specs, yes they have same connector. I ordered thru aliexpress.
