low fps Valorant Only Uses 20% GPU at most an I always only get 100-120Fps

When I play Valorant no matter what settings I always only get 100Fps and the GPU usage stays low at 20%. In my PC I have a Msi Ventus 2x OC RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 7 3800x, 16GB Ram @ 3200mhz. Please help. I play on 1440p and my monitor is 165hz.

While this is all happening, what clockspeed is the GPU at? 

Additionally, what is the CPU usage looking like?

This is the max Cpu usage in Valorant. andf the gpu for some reason does not auto  underclock when not being used.

The GPU not downclocking is likely linked to the Power mode in Nvidia Control Panel. Did you set that to high performance? Normal or Adaptive will allow it to downclock when not in use.

All that said, a full DDU wipe and reinstall of the drivers can't hurt I suppose.

When in a privet match I get 200+ fps on high settings

The game also takes a long time to load into matches and on the initial startup.

One of my friends is facing the same problem he uses a Ryzen 5 3400g and a zotac GTX 1650 oc and gets a 20% GPU usage and almost 60-65% cpu usage and below 150fps at any settings and where I use a i3-8100 and a GTX 1050ti and I get over 200 fps at any settings any solution?
