problem with realtek audio

so i was removing some programs and accidently uninstalled (realtek audio) big mistake i have corsair hs50 headphones and it has 1 jack now after reinstalling (installed it not from the original website as that one didnt work) it for some reason realtek and audio manager doesnt detect the mic

That's just the manufacturer, what motherboard do you have? The model?
