ThunderboltEX 3-TR Not Fully Functional

I ordered the ThunderboltEX 3-TR today to work with my ROG STRIX B550-F (Wi-Fi) motherboard.

I installed it this afternoon but I’m running into a weird issue where only displays are working, not USB devices.

I have a CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt hub that I’m using. It has a monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and mic plugged into it. However, only the monitor is working. The USB devices aren’t being detected by Windows. I have permission for thunderbolt turned on for the hub as well.

My BIOS is on the latest version but it doesn’t show me settings for thunderbolt for some reason.

Anyone encounter this or know how to fix it?

I couldnt find the thunderbolt setting in BIOS either. Im using a Asus RoG B550-F.

What I did was use the search option at the top of the bios & searched for "thunderbolt"

to enable it.

I had so many issues installing this card & turning on the thunderbolt in bios was the last thing that worked but now my 3TR isn't even working at all.. It just stopped working after 2 days of getting it to work
