Hello ima try again since i didnt get any help on my last post.

So i cleaned my pc yesterday. i took my gpu out and cleaned it of dust i also cleaned the radiator, nothing else. i turned the pc back and i worked fine i played for like an hour and i went to bed. everything was smooth no crashes/errors or anything that could indicate i did something wrong. Until the next day where i turned the pc and it didnt want to boot and there was no signal being sent to the monitor. I started the pc and looked at it and thought that it might just need some time, but no it didnt want to boot and the dram light was red and it was switching to cpu for like a second and goes back to dram and that goes on repeat. I first i thought my ram died so i went and bought some new sticks with hope to fix the issue but no its still the same. i tried a different graphic card which didnt fix my problem either. now im thinking that something might be wrong with the board. but im so lost never had a issue like that. i tried resetting the cmos, still the same problem

Here are my specs:
