No Output on my second display

Hey guys, i need help... I have a tv as my main display which is hooked up via HDMI and i want to hook up my old LG Flatron E1941 monitor which only has dvi and VGA. I tried using a Displayport to VGA and its not working, i keeps going into power saving mode. 

PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: Rx 570 4gb

MoBo: Gigabyte B450m Ds3h 

PSU: 650W gold rated

RAM: 16GB
