Halo finding a si

So since they seem to be the only ones able to consistently get their hands on current gen parts I'm trying to find a good system integrator that can at least get close to the buld I want and not gouge my eyeballs out on the price. Here's my specs that I'm looking for.

Small form factor case (i.e. cooler master NR200p)

B550 itx motherboard (I really like the Asus strix board but not super important)

AMD Ryzen 5600 cpu.      

32 Gb ddr4 3600 speed ram 

Mid level graphics card (RTX 3070 or RX6800 but I'll take what I can get at this point) 

Pcie gen 4 M.2 boot drive 1Tb

2Tb ssd sata storage drive 

750w power supply 

The builds I've made up on pc part picker and microcenter have been around 2-2.3k usd 

Who's got  suggestions?
