Not booting

I tried booting my pc, but it wasn't working (peripheral lights are off, but pc lights are on) and the VGA red light was on, I can just start the PC by cutting power and putting it back on or clicking the off button and turning it on again AND THEN IT WORKS, I have tried reseating the F_PANEL but the problem persists, what do I do, it gets annoying booting my PC twice to get it to work.

Try to reset the CMOS and see if that helps you. 

 

If he does, you may have some settings like OC that the computer doesn't "like"

 

Also, can you provide more information on PC (CPU, RAM, Motherboard etc.?

Seemed the overclock was the issue, huh.

But i only overclocked by ram from 3000Mhz to 3066Mhz, wow
