My PC is glitching

Hello I just bought a sapphire r9 380 itx and put it into my pc. I start with lite games like Call of duty 4 Modern Warfare and i was getting around 250-300 fps and I was happy, but around 4 hours later I start Minecraft it crash, then i start Team Fortess 2 it crash.Then I start metro 2033 Redux and run very well then i try Minecraft again and saw that:

Then I try Minecraft again while i open chrome and say that error 0xe00000008

If some one know how to fix it please tell me

And my wallpaper turn black for some reason

That looks like a graphics card issue, or maybe a windows issue, what version of windows are you running? winver.exe

Windows 10 build 1903

I think it's from the bios of the gpu
