I have a patriot p300 128gb as my boot drive in my aorus b450 elite its the second time it did this, i was transfering music to my ipod and the apps on the ssd froze i re booted and it wasnt detected. I reseated the drive and cleared cmos and it worked it previously happened to me when i was switching my psu to a newer unit. Both slots on the mb seem to work however this issue seems worrying.

i got it like 6 months ago

well, it seems like you have gotten bad luck in the silicon lottery. Unless your ssd is getting out of the slot because it wasn't secured, it's likely dying.
