Display issues ahoy

So I have a bit of a weird one for you guys, and I'm not entirely sure I'm in the right place, but I need help so here I am. I just recently relocated my setup into a dorm room. I have a PS4, a wii u, and a custom pc rocking a Gigabyte B450m, ryzen 5 3600, 16 gigs of 3200mhz ram, a 1 terabyte SSD, and a 5600 XT to top it off. Upon setting up in my dorm, I found that my computer would post, but windows would not boot up, at least not visibly. My bios would boot no problem, but as soon as windows tried to boot I'd get a no-input message from my monitor. Booted into safe mode to check my driver's, check resolution, and all that stuff. Booted into safe mode no problem. Figured huh, that's weird, but for me to worry about a different day. Moving on to hook up my Wii U, I find that it won't display at all on my monitor. Damn, guess something must have broken in my Wii U during the move. So as a desperate attempt to play a game, any game, I hook up my PS4 and guess what, no display. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada.

Basically my coming here is to confirm my suspicion of... Is my monitor dead? Or is it in an way shape or form just my display cable? Any help you can offer is very much so appreciated. Love u guys.

I would start with changing the cable. Do you have any other input on the monitor with you could try? If it doesn't get it resolved, the monitor is most probably dead.
