fps drop

i have  a laptop which has a rtx 2060

 

so after few minutes of gaming of fps drops like crazy and gpu goes to 100% 

 

does anybody have solutions

have task manager open in the corner when running a game. See what task/service causes everything to go to 100%

Could also be thermal throttling

dude i doubt it's thermal throttling cuz my gpu goes from 55% to 99% usage and my temps are normal

What games are you playing, what temps is the GPU at and what program are you using to measure temps?

msi afterburner and my gpu temps are around 64-65

 

the game is apex legends
