fps drop

i have  a laptop which has a rtx 2060

 

so after few minutes of gaming of fps drops like crazy and gpu goes to 100% 

 

does anybody have solutions

have task manager open in the corner when running a game. See what task/service causes everything to go to 100%

Could also be thermal throttling

dude i doubt it's thermal throttling cuz my gpu goes from 55% to 99% usage and my temps are normal

msi afterburner and my gpu temps are around 64-65
