Razer synapse 3 uninstall

Im trying to uninstall razer synapse 3 because its bugged and It wont open. But it isnt showing up in programs and features in the control panel. Id go to the file directory and manually uninstall the razer folders there, but I know theres going to be leftover registry inputs that I have no idea about. Its not showing up in iobit uninstaller and I just dont know what to do at this poin.

If you download the Razer synapse installer, does it give you the option to modify/remove the program when you run it?
