Budget (including currency): 450$ 

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: My sister is doing minecraft, valorant, fortnite maybe cod, she also make thumnails and stuff like that

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): right now looking at 720-1080P we have mouse keyboard and stuff we are probably changing the psu

updated so the ram has a cost and 80+ gold

You could try a Ryzen 5 4650G (6 cores 12 threads), but then you'd need to get a different mobo (I think). You could also get the mobo or ram second hand.

You'd have to get it through aliexpress although I understand that's not really an option for many people

Yeah, but it's that or prebuilt and, apart from being quite a bit ahead of the 3400G, I saw a video from RandomGaminginHD (don't know if you know who he is), and he got it from aliexpress working perfectly

4650g is $300 on amazon, but the 3400g is 275 in stock. Basically what I'm saying is that if you don't want to wait to build the system, an upgrade for a very small price increase makes sense.
