Okay so I fixed it by removing my cpu and putting it back in

I had no original problems before I took all the parts out and put them together ,I’ve had this issue when I first built it and I don’t remember how it was fixed 

SPECS:

EVGA 1080sc

1x8 3000mhz

ryzen 5 2600

b450f

650w Corsair 80+
