GPU causing black screens

Heru

Hi, I've been having some issues with my GPU randomly causing black screens for a second then turning back on.

I've done a lot of trying to figure it out myself and have done the following and nothing has helped.

  1. Updated drivers
  2. Reinstalled windows x4
  3. Different ram
  4. Different motherboard
  5. checked PSU voltage
  6. Put into different computer x2
  7. Took apart and cleaned card and added new thermal applications
  8. XMP on and off

so I started to log the system info with HWinfo and got these logs. ill stop the logging right after it happens so I could open them up. if you look at the logs you can see that the GPU voltage drops to 0 for that one second just near the end then goes right back to normal right afterwards.
