here are things i have tried to solve this problem.

things i have tried

change power plan
disable dynamic ticking and update graphic card driver
update driver
install chipset driver
disabling every network device adapter driver
disable other audio device driver
adding perflevelsrc, powermizerenable, powermizerlevel, powermizerlevel ac, to regedit
removing my old hard drive (7 years old 320gb wd blue)
change to legacy to ahci
reinstalling graphic driver
reinstalling audio driver
removing any overclock

I think the problem caused by my old antec PSU, because i have been tweak some settings but nothing changed its still broken. So does bad psu can cause dpc latency?
