LC connector cap

Question is simple. Does anyone know where I can buy LC cable caps like the ones in the attached picture? The most similar I could find was on FS, but those are for one half of the LC connector.

I have hundreds of those literally, but generally don't like them. That's why I want ones like from the photo. Also some cables have a slightly different inner diameter and some ferrules just fall out, or some are way too tchick and can break connector.
