Screen glitching out

Hi! So yesterday  the weirdest thing happened. As I was using my laptop I opened MS Word to type some documents and before sometimes while using Word the screen used to like turn black for a second and then back to normal again. But this time it turned black and started glitching out(some colored lines started appearing) I Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then it turned on again but after that while I was using word it started blurring out. It wen blurry and started like flickering or something similar and it was like it turns blurry ,flickers then normal gain then it turns blurry again... And this ended as I closed Word. When I open Word again it starts flickering again and blurring then I close it and it's fine. WTF? I haven't tried with other office apps. Also another issue is that(maybe unrelated to that is when I right click on the desktop and click display settings or personalize it says app not found or something(I am going to include screenshot.) But with like the settings menu( I can access the display settings with that) it's just the old control panel stuff about the display is gone. So what's the problem here and how do I fix it, I don't want to reinstall Windows..
