PC won't POST until second boot

I just build my first system and at first boot I never get through POST meaning no bios or monitors turn on. I do hear the fans and rgb all turn on. I have to then press and hold the power for 10secs and then I will get to POST and bios and windows start up just fine. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this issue? Specs below.

 

 

Gigabyte x570 elite wifi

Ryzen 7 5800x

Gskill 64gm ddr4 3600

Strix 3070
