Looking for a new keyboard

Hi guys I'm going to buy a new mechanical keyboard

i looked at the Corsair k70 what do you think about it?

Excuse the following questionnaire but,

What's your budget? Do you have specific favorite mechanical key switch? If not, what are you planning to use the keyboard for most? Do you want any specific color of backlight?

It looks awesome and rigid because of the metal backplate, but a lot of people seem to be having problem with some of the LED backlights being dead after several months of use. I personally cannot confirm this, because I haven't had one before. Btw, what type of mechanical switch do you prefer?

It's a solid keyboard and looks really nice too. I will get one myself if the one I'm currently using is dead.

Could wait for the Corsair RGB mechanical later this year. If you've got the money and the time I'd suggest it.

I have the Corsair K70 MX Brown switch and I haven't experienced any problems yet. Hopefully no problems in the future.

 

It really looks good. Looks well built and the gunmetal color is better looking than the black ones.

since it was released in my country last October 2013. So 5 months now.
