I own an Acer Nitro 7 and had the  thermal paste reapplied on the cpu and the gpu, but whil doing so, the engineer touched the screwdriver on the motherboard and there was a yello blue spark. He instantly checked if the laptop is switching on and it did. But later on i realised that the computer isn't able to detect the GPU anymore and even the GeForce drivers aren't supported now. Is it because of the spark on the motherboard? Or is it some other issue? Please help.

Could be damage, is the gpu found in BIOS or GPU-Z?

If it is nowhere to be found, return the laptop. If they damaged it, they have to pay for the damages.
