Main problem im having since i got the computer new is it decides to freeze randomly for about 10 - 20 seconds, mostly on start up and then completely random throughout the time using it say every 10 minutes, more or less

My specs are,

Sapphire Radeon RX 580 NITRO+ OC 8GB Video Card

Thermaltake Toughpower 650W 80+ Gold Semi-Modular Power Supply

Kingston SSDNow A400 480GB 2.5" SATA III SSD SA400S37/480G

Seagate ST1000DM010 1TB BarraCuda 3.5" SATA3 Desktop Hard Drive

Windows 10 Home 64-bit OEM DVD

Deepcool RGB 350 Colour LED Strip Magnetic Lighting Kit With Remote

Intel Core i5 9600K Hexa Core LGA 1151 3.70GHz Unlocked CPU Processor

ASUS PCE-AC56 Wireless AC1300 Dual-Band PCI-E Adapter

Not sure if it would be hardware or a software problem

Is it freezing during POST or during Windows booting up?  Do you have access to a USB thumb drive you could load Ubuntu on and see if the freezing happens with that as well?

Do you have any sort of overclocking setup on either the CPU or GPU?  What is your RAM?  Are you using the XMP profile or the default?  Can you try booting it with only one stick of RAM and see if it's still happening.
