Purchase a 1660 super because its cheaper and you get way better performance. You wont find them for less than 1k because of the gpu shortage but, if you wait a few months you could get one for 250 bucks and get performance comparing to a 1070.

I hope this helps,

Will

so are you looking for recommendations?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lenovo-ThinkCentre-M800-MT-Desktop-i7-6700-8GB-RAM-640GB-HDD-Windows-10-Pr/294015080592?hash=item4474aa1890%3Ag%3AruUAAOSwGaRgKa0r&LH_BO=1

this is where I'd start.

$290 for the tower, gets you an i7 and you already have storage

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-GTX-970-4GB-RAM-Gaming-Graphic-Card/124575180034?hash=item1d01426502%3Ag%3ABFUAAOSwZpdgKsPd&LH_BIN=1

$175 for a 970 (basically same performance as a 1060 for 1/2 the price) and more than enough for all the listed games.

$50 for an okay PSU.

$515 for an i7 6700 and gtx970 is about as good as I can find for price-to-performance while keeping everything recent enough to not lose performance.

Another route is going AMD R3 3100 and b450, those will have to wait until prices stabilize after the crazy chip shortage we are having.

You wont be able to run a lot with only 450 watts. You should get a 650 watt psu. Other than that you have a good setup.(other than the gpu) Beware: if you decide to try and make your psu work harder the psu you can destroy your CPU because of power shortages or it wont turn on because it doesn't have enough power and for 30 series gpus always get 50w more that recommended.

Great build!

450 is more than enough for that setup even with the 1060.

I would also look at the gtx980 for a similar price as it will have the horsepower to keep up with some of the heavier games.
