HDMI no signal, but GPU fan is running

Solved: I did a bios flash back. Apparently there was the d ram light on on my mb thats causing the problem

MB: Asus strix 550A gaming

Graphics: Asus Dual OC 08G 3070

Ram: 4x 8gb Corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200MHz

CPU: ryzen 7 5800x

PSU: Corsair RM850 80 plus gold

Storage: 1TB Samsung 970evo plus nvme ssd

Cooler: Corsair H100i platinum

 

 

So I have updated to the lasted nvidia driver the night before, but when I turn on the computer the next day, everything turns on as per usual, but there isn't a display.

 

Things I have done:

Resit the Graphics card and Ram

Made sure all cables are securely plugged in

Tested the monitor and HDMI cable on my laptop

Tested with another monitor.

 

Things I've noted:

One of the ram stick rgb gets desync after a while, but running with or without that stick does not solve the problem

This is my first pc build. Everything was working fine for the past 2 weeks, no issues whatsoever

Update: swapped the graphics for a gt220 I have and it's still not posting
