Installed new Ryzen 5800x. Gave it an offset of - .1. Of course set the correct memory timings. Seems to run a bit warm. I think I can lower the vcore a little more. Not sure if it is needed. This is what I got.

Never noticed that. I have never had any problems with the power supply though. Never fried any systems. It is a Titanium and has always worked just fine. I don't have a multi-meter. Even If I did I would not be sure where to test. I will see if I can get one.

10v is a little low for my taste, my 1kw reads below 12v but generally 11.5 to 11.8 and did match the multi-meter within 0.01v.

You can prod any yellow and black lines on the Spare EPS connector or PCI-E connector. You can check with system at idle then again at load.

It may be just a low reading, but better safe than sorry I guess.

This is all well and good but we're talking about a very expensive power supply that originally ran 2 R9 290x. It has never given me a problem. I really appreciate your bringing this to my attention however it is not my main concern. My concern was the temp while running cinebench, though I am aware the temp max is 90c. If I can bring the temp lower by lowering my vcore while still being able to get all cores to 4850.

Ya I put hardware info on the system. It still read the 12 volt a little low. Then I went into the bios and it read it correctly at 12.1v. Anyway I just set the offset a little lower and Will test it again.

I got it under control I think. Set the offset to - .16 \ This brought it down from 1.45v to 1.29v. Hitting 4700 all cores with breaks upward to 4850 on a couple while gaming Doom Eternal. Max temp was 71c. Not bad. Minimum is still high at 57c which perplexes me. Since the socket stays nice and cool at 29c.

Well I am a bonehead. I forgot to set the LLC along with the offset. Anyway, I set it to medium. There are only 5 settings including auto on my b450mb, and medium ids the second lowest. While Cinebench still hits 81c, I somehow managed to increase its score almost a thousand. Gaming now plays below 70c and low workloads...well I think I have solved the temperature riddle.
